Admission Criteria
Eligibility
- Graduates/postgraduates with Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree with at least 50% from a recognized university are eligible to apply
- Work experience and internships desirable but not essential (relevance in the area of work done and period will be given due consideration)
- Admission Test: Management Aptitude Test scores which are nationally/internationally accepted CAT/MAT/ATMA/State Selection Test/GMAT/GRE. The score has to be current and valid. Admission test score in respect of Management exam test conducted in 2019 will be given due consideration.
- Interview: School will organize personal interviews with each students. The applicants with a work-experience and those with little or no experience will be evaluated differently.

Niranjan Hiranandani School of Real Estate (NHSRE) under the HSNC University, is one of the very few institutions in the nation, to offer an MBA in Real Estate. This newly launched State Cluster University is set to make its indelible mark on higher education in Mumbai and in the country by initiating several landmarks, relevant and contemporary programs of study.
The NHSRE offers several certificate programs and has launched MBA Real Estate for students from every institution and every individual who wishes to hone one’s knowledge and skills of real estate. About HSNC University
The Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate (HSNC) Board is one of the most prominent educational Boards of Maharashtra that has set up 17 educational institutions in and around Mumbai. In the year 2019, the HSNC Board completed 70 years of its educational journey and finally achieved the dream of its Founding Fathers – the establishment of a new State Cluster University – the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate University (HSNC University).
The HSNC University has been approved by RUSA and the Govt. of Maharashtra and is the first State Cluster University to be set up in the Government – Private Management Body partnership with the Hon. Governor of Maharashtra as its Chancellor and eminent industrialist, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani as its first Provost.
HSNC University will build partnerships with the industry and have a new curriculum aligned with industry 4.0.
