The Professional Certificate Programme in Gen AI, Agentic Systems & Intelligent Decision-Making at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is designed for working professionals from both business and technical backgrounds who wish to harness data, analytics, and modern AI for better decision-making.
The programme takes participants from foundations to advanced applications, beginning with business-friendly introductions to data, statistics and business intelligence, and gradually progressing to generative AI, agentic systems, and AI-augmented decision intelligence. The learning journey is intentionally structured so that non‑technical participants are not left behind: concepts are introduced with intuitive, real-world examples, followed by no‑code and low‑code tools, with optional deeper technical labs for participants who wish to go further.
The focus is on practical, implementable skills rather than heavy mathematics or programming. Through a mix of live online sessions, hands-on exercises, case discussions and capstone projects, participants will learn how to design, evaluate and deploy AI-enabled analytics and decision-support solutions in their organisations.

Eligibility Criteria
- For Indian Participants – Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognized international universities) in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience (after graduation) as on the programme date, i.e., technical orientation date.
About Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode
Established in 1996, with its first Post Graduate Programme (PGP 01) officially initiated in 1997, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is on a high-growth trajectory today, offering a wide range of academic programmes in the field of management education.
