Programme Overview
The world is witnessing one of the most consequential technology shifts in modern business history. Generative AI and Agentic Systems are no longer emerging concepts. They are actively reshaping how enterprises operate, compete, and create value. Yet, many leaders remain caught between the urgency to act and the absence of a structured framework to lead this transformation with confidence.
The Executive Programme in AI Led Business Transformation & Deep Tech Strategy is designed precisely for this moment. Developed for senior professionals, this programme goes beyond tools and prompts. It builds the strategic, operational, and ecosystem-level intelligence needed to architect AI-native businesses and lead deep tech convergence at scale.
Participants will engage with a cutting-edge curriculum spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI orchestration, Blockchain, Web 3.0, XR/Metaverse, and Quantum Computing. Not in isolation, but as an integrated, converging force redefining industries.
Assessment & Evaluation
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (10+2+3) / Graduate / Post Graduate from Universities recognised by the Association of Indian Universities with a minimum of 50% marks in Diploma, graduation, or post-graduation (or its equivalent), with at least six years of work experience.
*Internships and Trainee experiences are not considered Full-time work experience
Attendance Criteria
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator; however, a minimum of 75% attendance is required for final grading. For less than 75% attendance, a grade cut as per the norms will be applied.
Evaluation Methodology
The performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. Participants are required to score the minimum marks/grades decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

Programme Schedule: February 2027 – November 2027. Exact session timings (IST) will be communicated during the Technical Orientation.
One or two sessions from some courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. In case the on-campus module cannot be conducted, the same will be included in the total number of sessions. The programme duration may be slightly extended due to issues like faculty unavailability and gazetted holidays on session days.

IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice. Only the courts at Indore will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Alumni membership being granted.

Participants meeting the evaluation and attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Indore. They may also apply separately for Executive Education Alumni Status, subject to applicable fees and institute approval.
