Programme Overview
This programme is designed to equip participants with a strong foundation in financial accounting, financial statement analysis, and corporate governance—core competencies essential for effective business decision-making.
In today’s dynamic business environment, the ability to interpret financial statements, assess organisational performance, and evaluate financial risks is a strategic advantage. A well-structured analysis of financial statements provides meaningful insights into a company’s financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Equally important is the transparent dissemination of financial information to external stakeholders, which strengthens credibility, accountability, and governance standards. Through a structured and application-focused approach, this programme enables participants to confidently interpret financial data and apply it to real-world business scenarios.

Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates should be graduates/postgraduates in any discipline with 50% or more marks and minimum 2 -3 years of work experience. Executives in junior and middle management. Entrepreneurs are welcome. Participants would be selected on the basis of assessment of their work experience, academic background and motivation to do the programme as demonstrated in the application form.
Campus Immersion Timeline
- First Campus Module: June 26-27, 2026
- Online Session Schedule: Friday, 6:00 PM to 09:00 PM
- Final Campus Module: September 5-6, 2026
Selections Criteria
- Selections will be based on a detailed profile of a candidate in her/his own words elaborating her/his Academic record, Profile, Designation, Salary, Roles, Responsibilities, Job Description, and a write-up on “Expectations from the Programme”.
