 jaro education received the ‘Best Employer Award for Career Development & Grooming’, 2015-16, at the 10th Annual Employer Branding Award (EBA). The Sales and Marketing Director of the firm, Ms. Ranjita Raman, accepted the award on behalf of the organization at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, on the 16th of February, 2016.
The award was presented by the Employer Branding institute, a virtual organization engaged in global HR merit. It values and felicitates organizations across the globe, the top performing firms in HR assessment design. The event was powered by World HRD Congress; it offers its expertise and technology in the field of HR.
Take Solutions Ltd and Yes Bank Limited shared the award for ‘Global HR Strategy’, whilst Union Bank of Philippines was honored with ‘Best Employer Brand of the Year’. A lot of the major awards were given away jointly, to name a few – Award for career Development was shared by Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd, Union Bank of the Philippines, Grant Thornton US Shared services Center India Pvt. Ltd, YES BANK Limited, Tata Consultancy Services Limited, and Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Private Limited. Jaro education, however, stood out as it swept the award for ‘Best Employer’ solely.
