Job Details

  • Work with all company brands to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all company brands and products
  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  1.  Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
  2.  Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
  3.  Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  4.  Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  5.  Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with the company goals and benchmarks
  6.  Compile reports showing results (ROI).
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives for mobile and desktop.
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on Adwords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics for all Google properties.
  • Identifying optimum landing page, and campaign mapping

Job Skills

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Social Media Optimization. Good in SMO Strategy Planning and Marketing.
  • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
  • Experience in planning and executing of digital media campaigns
  • Experience in Google Advertising of at least 2 years. Google Ads certification a plus.
  • Understanding of how to bring the right set of parameters to bring the desired cost per click rate.
  • Ability to gauge and correct the campaign early on.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck, and Social Mention.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • Understanding of mobile advertising.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
