Eligibility & Selection
- Graduates (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognised international universities) in any discipline, with a minimum of one year of work experience after graduation. Diplomas are not accepted.
- Selections will be based on a detailed candidate profile, including academic record, current designation, salary, roles and responsibilities, and overall job description—presented in the candidate’s own words.
- Applicants must also submit a written statement outlining their “Expectations from the programme.” Applications without this write-up will not be considered.

About IIM Visakhapatnam
The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) is part of the prestigious IIM family of business schools in India. A new-generation IIM, it was established by the Government of India in September 2015. Under the Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017, IIMs have been declared Institutions of National Importance, empowered to attain global standards of excellence in management, research, and allied areas of knowledge.

Programme Certification
- Students will be considered for the award of Post Graduate Certificate if they complete the minimum requirement of 16 credits. Further, the following criteria apply.
- CGPA of at least 1.50 in the programme.
- Excellent/Good/Satisfactory grade in the Capstone Project
- If participants fail to meet the above criteria, they will be awarded only the certificate of participation. The grade sheet will be awarded only if they meet the above criteria.
