Eligibility
- Individuals who hold a bachelor's degree (10+2+3) from a recognized university (including UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognized international universities) in any field and have at least one year of post-graduation work experience are eligible to apply.
- Please note that individuals with diplomas are not qualified to apply.
- Working professionals and/or managers from different operational areas aiming for career growth.
- Head of businesses, senior managers and leaders willing to gain structured knowledge that will enhance their understanding of Management.
- Business owners or Entrepreneurs who aspire to learn practical skillsets spread across functional areas of management.
- Selections will be based on a detailed profile of the candidates, which should include their academic record, profile, designation, salary, roles, responsibilities, and job description.
- Applicants should submit a write-up on their 'Expectations from the Program.' Applications without the write-up will not be accepted.

Certification
- Students will be considered for the award of a Post Graduate Certificate if they complete the minimum requirement of 16 credits. Further, the following criteria apply
- CGPA of at least 1.50 in the program.
- Excellent/Good/Satisfactory grade in the Capstone Project
- If participants fail to meet the above criteria, they will be awarded only the certificate of participation.
- The grade sheet will be awarded only if they meet the above criteria.
