Prof. Varsha Khandker
Faculty in the area of Marketing
Prof. Varsha Khandker is a faculty in the area of Marketing. She holds a doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Before joining IIM Nagpur, she has worked as a faculty in Marketing at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal (2014-2017). Prof. Varsha teaches Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Strategic Marketing, and Managing Markets at the Bottom of the Pyramid. She is a certified instructor for the marketing simulations, MarkStrat and BrandPro, by StratX (Paris). Prof. Khandker is also certified by Harvard Business Publishing for teaching with simulations. She has presented papers at international academic conferences and is a reviewer for several academic conferences and journals.

Prof. Rahul Sett
Faculty in the area of Marketing
Prof. Sett is a Fellow (PhD Equivalent) of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (2010). His research is primarily in the areas of strategic marketing, judgment and decision-making, consumer behaviour and psychology, application of the real options theory, dynamic capabilities framework, and the working principles of complex adaptive systems in the context of brand management, and pricing. Prof. Sett was awarded the Nehru Fulbright scholarship for postdoctoral research in the area of management in the year 2013. He conducted this research at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in Baltimore, USA.

Prof. Tanushree Haldar
Assistant Professor in the Economics & Social Sciences area at IIM Nagpur

Tanushree Haldar is an assistant professor in the Economics & Social Sciences area at IIM Nagpur. She is a Fellow from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the Economics and Social Science area. She holds an M.Phil in Applied Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (CDS-JNU) and a Master’s degree in Economics from Visva-Bharati University. Her main areas of interest are Development Economics, Gender, Agriculture and Healthcare.

The programme will be conducted in a Blended mode of Learning! By Blended, we mean Live, Interactive Sessions and a Campus Emersion at the end of the Programme! The Online, Live, Interactive sessions will be held as per the schedule. The programme will be taught with the help of case studies, live corporate examples, and discussions.
