Passionate about building businesses from the ground up and making them fly. She builds innovative solutions to unique business problems by understanding the consumer, the market, and the customers. Ranjita has expertise in roles spanning from R&D, Consulting, Business Strategy and Business Growth.

Expertise in bringing the right skill sets to the right job, she has been a visionary, a motivator and an enabler. Ms Raman is a successful woman leader, & intrapreneur, who has been instrumental in the conceptualization and execution of several large executive learning and management development projects for the corporate sector. She also facilitates the development of management and technology-based online programs for many leading Indian and Global Universities & Institutions. She is innovative, determined, and a hard worker who strives hard to fulfil her dreams.

An Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad alumnus, Ms Ranjita Raman has been associated with the Education Industry for the past 18+ years growing from an executive to the CEO at a very young age.

The ideals that helped her carve this journey were her ambition to grow fast, commitment toward work, perseverance to be a successful leader, and her belief in core values.
