  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
  • Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and contractors when required.
  • New office identification and existing office servicing.
  • Implement process improvements for better office efficiency.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Manage and optimize company website content for SEO and user experience
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber databases
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other teams to create marketing materials
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years typically)
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
