Introduction


This one-year programme has been designed specifically to equip middle-level working professionals with aspects of general management in a global business environment. This programme comprises of functions of business management as well as contemporary and new age topics that will enable participants to broaden their business perspective. The programme will also help participants in learning tools and techniques required for managing contemporary businesses.

Eligibility


Designed for working professionals qualifying the below criteria:

  • Graduates (10+2+3) / Post graduates with a minimum of 50% marks
  • Proven work experience of 5 years

Selections

  • Selections will be based on the detailed profile of a candidate in her/his own words elaborating her/his academic record, and a Statement of Purpose.

Assessment


IIM Ahmedabad shall carry out the examination and evaluation required for certification.

Participants are evaluated on the basis of examinations for all the courses. Participants will be given any one of the following grades: “Very Good” (A); “Good” (B); “Average” (C); or “Below Average” (D) and “Unsuccessful” (F). Those getting not more than two “F” grades will get a certificate of successful completion of the programme and the course-wise grade list will be mentioned in the certificate. Those getting more than two ‘F’ grades will be asked to withdraw from the programme. The fees would then be forfeited.
