17 years. One organisation. Countless memories, milestones and people who have shaped the journey. ❤️
After 17 years with jaro education, I am finally making my first LinkedIn post, and I could not think of a better moment than Rewards & Recognition 2026.
Having been part of Jaro’s journey from the early years, I have seen the organisation grow, evolve and achieve many milestones. But what has always stayed at the centre of this journey is its people.
For me, recognition is not only about awards. It is about acknowledging the people who stay committed when things get challenging, step up when it matters, support their teams and continue contributing with consistency.
There is a special feeling when your efforts are acknowledged. It motivates you to do better, take greater ownership and keep raising your own standards.
Over the years, I have also seen how Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe Sir and Ranjita Ma’am have continued to keep Jaro a people-led organisation, where contributions are recognised and people are encouraged to grow along with the organisation.
This year’s theme, “Innovate. Evolve.”, captures that spirit well. We grow when we continue learning, improving and adapting together.
Congratulations to every achiever, contributor and team member who makes a difference every day.
After 17 years, I can say with immense pride that the people I have worked with have been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey at Jaro.

My first Rewards & Recognition 2026 event at jaro education, and definitely a memorable one! ✨
After being with Jaro Education for 1.5 years, it was refreshing to step away from the usual work routine and be part of an evening dedicated to celebrating people, achievements and teamwork.
One of the best parts of the evening was meeting colleagues from different branches and connecting with people I don’t usually get the opportunity to interact with. Having Mary Kom at the event and watching Anubhav Singh Bassi perform live added even more energy and excitement to the celebration.
A special thank you to Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe Sir and Ranjita Raman Ma’am for acknowledging and appreciating the efforts of everyone across the organisation.
And a special thanks to my manager, Tanmay Jain, for always being supportive, guiding me along the way and continuously helping me grow professionally.
More than the awards and performances, the evening was a reminder that every achievement is backed by people working together, supporting each other and growing as a team.

What an evening at Jaro Education R&R 2026!
From inspiration to entertainment, it was a perfect evening.
We were honoured to have 6-time World Champion & Olympic Medallist Mary Kom as our Chief Guest. And to make the evening lighter, we had the one and only Anubhav Singh Bassi who had the entire room in splits with his relatable humour and storytelling.
