17 May- the day I learned I’d be joining Jaro Education on 19 May. It marked the beginning of a journey from a city that shaped me to one that would help me become stronger, wiser, and better.
The moment I walked into Jaro, I felt something shift. I knew this place would challenge me to unlearn, relearn, and grow beyond the person I thought I was.
Every day brings a new lesson and another step toward the person I’ve always wanted to be.

I still remember interviewing as an MBA fresher in 2009 and having tea with Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe Sir.
Without the guidance and support of Ranjita Raman Ma’am, I would never have made it this far.
Seeing Jaro grow from 3 branches to 23+ learning centres, and from a few employees to a team creating impactful careers, has been incredible.
I still remember Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe Sir saying we would go public someday. Seeing the company listed and those words come true feels surreal. Many more years to come. Happy to be a part of #GrowWithJaro.

As Jaro Education celebrates its 17th year, I’m grateful to be part of this incredible journey.
From stepping into my first corporate job to achieving multiple targets, it’s been a truly rewarding experience.
One thing I’ve realized is that sales prepares you for every aspect of life.
One of my biggest learnings has been guiding professionals twice my age. Earning their trust and helping them make important career decisions has been one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
Every target, every rejection, every conversation, and every success has shaped me into a more confident professional.
